1 General Terms

These terms and conditions serve as a legal agreement between the baji betting platform and its members. This document has been prepared in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh and applies to users located in Bangladesh.

baji betting owns its services, content, and technology, directly or indirectly. All information, graphics, logos, and software displayed on the platform are protected under baji betting's intellectual property rights. Members may use this platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only. Reselling, transferring, or commercially exploiting any part of the platform to third parties is strictly prohibited.

baji betting reserves the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms. Members are advised to review this page regularly.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable by a court, the remaining parts will continue to be fully effective. This version written in Bengali is final, and in case of any conflict with a translation in another language, the Bengali version will take precedence.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use any service on baji betting, a member must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. No person under 21 years of age may use this platform. At the time of registration or at any subsequent stage, baji betting may request a government-issued identity document or other proof of age.

2.2 Registration Process

Members must provide true, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration. If incorrect or false information is provided, the account may be cancelled and all funds held in that account may be forfeited. Each person may open only one account — multiple accounts under the same name, address, or mobile number are not permitted.

The following information will be required for registration:

• Full name (as per National ID card)
• Active mobile number
• Email address (where applicable)
• Date of birth
• Password (at least 8 characters, combining letters and numbers)

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

baji betting reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. Members may be asked to submit a copy of their National ID card, passport, or driving licence. Withdrawal facilities may be partially restricted until the verification process is complete.

3 Account Management

3.1 Security Responsibility

Each member is fully responsible for maintaining the security of their account. Usernames and passwords should not be shared with anyone. If there is any suspicion of unauthorised access or a security breach, the baji betting support team must be notified immediately.

3.2 Personal Use of Account

The account must be used only by the registered member. Allowing others to use the account, or placing bets or conducting transactions on behalf of others, is prohibited. If multiple people operate a single account professionally or as a group, that account will be suspended.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

If an account has no login or financial transaction for 12 consecutive months, it may be marked as inactive. To reactivate an inactive account, the member must contact the support team.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on baji betting is ৳100 (one hundred taka). Members can deposit via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. For bank transfers, major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank are accepted.

All deposit transactions must be made from the member's own account or mobile banking. Funds from third-party accounts or unknown sources will not be accepted, and if such transactions are identified, they will be returned and the associated account will be placed under review.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer are available as withdrawal methods.

All applicable wagering requirements must be met before submitting a withdrawal request. To withdraw funds received from a bonus, the wagering requirement associated with that bonus must be completed. baji betting reserves the right to delay a withdrawal and conduct a review in cases of suspicious or unusual transactions.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any foreign currency are not permitted.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example, on a ৳1,000 deposit with a ৳1,000 bonus, the total balance will be ৳2,000, and to withdraw the bonus funds, bets worth ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be placed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

Each bonus has its own terms. However, the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Each member may claim each bonus offer only once.
• If the conditions are not met within the specified time limit for claiming a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• If an attempt is made to collect bonuses using multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be closed.
• baji betting reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.3 Promotional Offers

baji betting offers special promotions from time to time, such as a weekly reload bonus (up to ৳3,000), a slot adventure bonus (up to ৳5,000), a cricket deposit offer (up to ৳4,000), birthday rewards, and referral rewards. Each offer has its own terms and wagering requirements. Members should read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any offer.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Acceptance and Rejection of Bets

baji betting reserves the right to refuse any bet for any reason. Odds displayed on the website or app are subject to change until confirmed. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error in the system, baji betting reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds and the original stake will be returned.

6.2 Determination of Results

The results of all sporting events will be determined based on the official final result announced by the relevant authority (ICC for cricket, FIFA or the relevant federation for football). If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the stake will generally be returned, though different rules may apply in specific cases.

6.3 Match Fixing and Fraud

If baji betting believes that a member is attempting match fixing, arranging a result, or exploiting any vulnerability in the platform in an undue manner, baji betting reserves the right to void all bets placed by that member and permanently close their account.

7 Casino Game Rules

The baji betting casino section offers various types of games including slot games, live casino, fishing games, and card games. Each game operates according to its own RTP and rules.

7.1 Fairness of Game Results

All casino games are operated using verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game results are completely random and not predetermined. In live casino games, results are determined from live footage streamed in real time.

7.2 Technical Issues

If a game is disconnected mid-round or interrupted due to a server issue, baji betting will review the state of that round and make a decision. For games that are stopped due to technical issues, the stake is generally returned.

8 Responsible Conduct

baji betting believes that gambling is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We are committed to the wellbeing and mental health of our members. Following the responsible gambling guidelines is every member's personal responsibility.

Members can set their own deposit limits, bet limits, or temporary breaks (Self-Exclusion). If a member feels that their gambling habits are getting out of control, please contact the baji betting support team or activate Self-Exclusion yourself.

Family members should take necessary precautions to ensure that no person under 21 is able to open or use an account. If a minor is found to be using an account, that account will be closed.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

Members' personal information will not be sold to any third party. However, information may need to be provided to the relevant authorities to comply with legal obligations. 10 Suspension and Account Closure

10.1 Closure by baji betting

baji betting may temporarily or permanently close a member's account for any of the following reasons:

• Providing false information at the time of registration
• Violating any clause of these rules
• Creating or holding multiple accounts
• Misusing bonuses or attempting fraud
• Attempting to manipulate the betting or gaming system
• Attempting to misuse or hack another member's account
• A court order or instruction from a legal authority

10.2 Closure by the Member

Any member may request to close their account at any time. Available balance may be withdrawn prior to account closure, subject to all applicable wagering requirements being met.

11 Limitation of Liability

baji betting provides its platform services on an "as is" basis. baji betting will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by technical issues, internet disconnection, or third-party software.

The member is solely responsible for any financial loss resulting from their own negligence, poor decisions, or errors in providing information. Betting and casino gaming carry financial risk, and it is every member's responsibility to remain fully aware of this risk.
